Easy 5 minutes mint and coriander yogurt dip with pomegranate
This super quick and easy dip / yogurt sauce is the perfect accompaniment for many dishes from spicy curries to meat dishes to summery salads.

- 150ml (3/4 cups) plain yogurt
- 10g fresh cilantro
- 10g fresh mint
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 pomegranate
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of white pepper
Instructions
- chop coriander and mint
- mince garlic
- place the above in a bowl and mix with olive oil to extract the aromatics and flavours. Let sit for 2 minutes.
- sprinkle with sugar, salt and white pepper.
- squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon over it, stir.
- stir in 150ml of yogurt.
- add pomegranate seeds. Ready :)
